Please read the following terms carefully before using Flikover.com. By signing up and using the Flikover group buy service, you agree to abide by these terms. These policies exist to maintain the quality, fairness, and reliability of the service for every member.

Billing and Payments

Flikover does not charge any recurring automatic fees. All transactions are initiated by the user at the time of membership purchase or renewal. Flikover does not store, retain, or process any billing-related data on its systems — payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that all payment information provided is accurate.

Service Changes

Flikover reserves the right to adjust the pricing and validity period of any membership plan at any time. Flikover also reserves the right to add, remove, or modify the platforms included in the service lineup. Where possible, members will be notified of significant changes in advance through official Flikover channels.

Continued use of the service after any pricing or content change constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Usage Policy

Each Flikover membership is for individual use only. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate automatic account suspension:

Suspended accounts will not be eligible for refunds under the shared-use policy. If a team or multiple users require access, each individual must have their own separate Flikover membership.

Acceptable Use

Members agree to use Flikover's group buy service only for lawful professional purposes and in accordance with the terms of use of each individual platform accessed through the service. Any use of the service that damages, disables, or impairs Flikover's systems or the platforms accessible through Flikover membership is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Flikover will consider refund requests only in the following specific circumstance: the service has been entirely non-functional for the member for a period exceeding three consecutive days, and the issue has been reported to the support team during that period.

Notifications and Communications

By registering a Flikover account, you grant Flikover the right to contact you via your registered email address or mobile number with service-related communications, important account notifications, and occasional information about new features or service updates. Flikover will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Flikover provides its service on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure reliable, continuous access to all included platforms, Flikover cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Flikover is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from temporary service disruptions or platform downtime.
